You will be responsible for working on developing, managing & executing the entire digital marketing strategy including ownership of the website, lead generation campaigns via Hubspot (retention & acquisition), paid campaigns, content, marketing databases and social media.

Role responsibilities

Strategy  - Develop the digital marketing strategy for UK/Europe and recommendations for scaling globally

Campaigns - You will be responsible for the deployment of HubSpot campaigns

Website - Hubspot; web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, webinars, display advertising.  Develop and implement the digital marketing activity calendar, ensuring synergy between online and offline initiatives, digital support of all key brand activities and CRM strategy.

Content Marketing – develop and execute a digital content marketing strategy working with the PR / Events manager to implement an integrated approach.  Design and implement appropriate tracking and testing for all content.

Social Media - Plan and control the company's social media channels including maintaining and updating the company social media policy and education of the wider business on best in class social media.


You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong proven experience in digital and content marketing aimed at driving the acquisition and retention of customers, preferably in a b2b, payments or finance industry.

You will have a deep understanding in the development & execution of HubSpot campaigns and expertise in integrated digital marketing campaign planning, Google Adwords; SEO, Social Media, Content & Media Buying.
