What personal data do we collect ?

The majority of personal data we collect is being provided by you freely. Please do not submit such personal information to us if you do not wish us to collect it.

How do we collect personal data ?

  • Client Data is mainly collected directly from you directly, as well as some publicly available data from offline and online media.
  • Candidate Data is mainly collect directly from you providing your CV to us, as well as publicly available data from offline and online media.

How do we use your personal data ?

Client  Data

  • The main reason for storing information about Clients is to ensure that the relationship between us and the Clients can be properly implemented and that the contractual arrangements are clear.
  • We also record milestones, keeping minutes of meetings and conversations as well as logistical information about our clients.

Candidate Data

  • The main area of work being recruitment, the process of finding the right Candidate for the right Client and job. Such said, we use the information you provide, so the more detailed data we have, the more information about skills and ambitions we have, the better and more accurately we can provide the service of linking a candidate to a job.
  • The following list of activities is not exhaustive:
    • Collecting data from you
    • Providing our recruitment services, including assessing data about you against vacancies which we think might be suitable for you
    • Enabling contact between yourself and Clients, including the exchange of your CV

Who do we share your personal data with ?

Client Data

  • Sharing of Client data is limited to the process of ensuring that a suitable pool of Candidates can be provided.

Candidate Data

  • Sharing of Candidate data is limited to the process of connecting the Candidate with a suitable Client.

How long do we keep your personal data for ?

If we had no meaningful contact with you for a period of 5 years we will delete your personal data from our systems, unless we believe we still have legitimate reasons to keep it.

How can you access, amend or take back the personal data you have given to us ?

  • Please get in contact with us and we will deal with your request without undue delay. Please note that we may keep a record of your communication for audit purpose and to help us to resolve the issue.
  • You have the Right to Object. If we are using your data because we deem it necessary and have a legitimate interest to do so and you do not agree, you have the right to object. Please contact us and we will deal with your request without undue delay.
  • Where we have obtained your consent to process, store your personal data, you have the Right to Withdraw Consent. Please contact us and we will deal with your request without undue delay.
  • You have the right to ask us to confirm what information we hold about you at any time. Such Data Subject Access Request may also be used to modify, amend or delete such information. Please contact us and we will deal with your request without undue delay.
  • You have the Right of Erasure. Please contact us and we will deal with your request without undue delay. If however you provide us your data again we will again store your information as long as we have a legitimate right.
